REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Services and Products

All sales of digital products and services are considered final once delivered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchase
  • Non-delivery of digital product/service due to technical error
  • Defective or incomplete product/service not resolved within reasonable time

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We generally do not provide refunds for:

  • Custom orders/services already delivered as per agreement

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
